Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the dimensions of the package. The exact amount is displayed at checkout.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Proluxa RV makes every effort to meet the delivery timelines displayed on the website. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages caused by third-party carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events.

Any delivery-related issue must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date to be eligible for replacement or refund review.

If a package is not received, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. This process may take several days. No refund or reshipment will occur during the investigation period.

A 1 Business Day Priority Processing option is available at checkout. When selected, the order is prioritized and processed within a guaranteed 1 business day.

Duties and import fees

Customs duties and import fees are determined by the destination country’s authorities based on the origin and classification of the goods.

Proluxa RV products ship from Canada. Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import fees.

Proluxa RV has no control over these charges and is not responsible for them.
